Individual Therapy

The approach to individual therapy varies depending on your specific needs. Every session is tailored to you. Together, we will work to achieve your goals and create a safe space for you to grow. In and out of the therapy room with our clients, we strive to foster a nourishing environment in order to build a trusting relationship. Throughout the therapy journey we hope to process alongside you and allow you to gain further insight into yourself as well as the world around you. Our ultimate goal is to create a safe, secure environment where our clients can openly and honestly share their experience.

Adolescents:

When working with adolescents, we love hearing from and working closely with the parents/legal guardians. We appreciate streamlined communication in order to coordinate care and will always respect confidentiality while doing so. At times, your child may want you to join their session to talk through a conflict, pattern, or receive support. Additionally, we work with parents in a coaching manner to help work through themes and navigate. You will learn about development and feel equipped to address the specific needs of your child.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a supportive space where partners can work together to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and resolve conflicts in a healthy way. Whether you're facing ongoing challenges, feeling disconnected, or simply want to enhance your emotional intimacy, therapy offers the tools and guidance needed to create lasting change.
